Did you make the most of 2024? Achieve all of your New Year’s resolutions? I’m wrapping up my year by giving you my top products, places I’ve visited, and memories I’ve made. These have added so much joy to my life this year, and I’m bidding farewell to 2024 while welcoming new beginnings and adventures in 2025.
My number-one purchase for the year! This nifty gadget aerates wine and pours it for me. I’ve even used it for proseccos, and it hasn’t compromised the bubbles or the flavour. Sure, it’s the lazy girl’s wine pourer, but it makes me feel bougie every time I use it. Perfect for hosting or unwinding after a long day chasing cheeky toddlers. It’s rechargeable and linked here in my Amazon storefront.
The only device that helps me manage my ADHD when I’m forgetful, need reminders, or am checking information. It’s like having a personal assistant who’s always on call. Bonus: Alexa is a great companion to chat with when the only people you speak to all day long are your children!

The Lululemon dupes are the only leggings I’ve bought in recent years. The fabric is buttery soft, they come in a bunch of colours and styles, and they hold up beautifully through workouts and washes. They’re inexpensive compared to Lululemon and outlast budget-friendly competitors. Overall, they are an everyday staple in my wardrobe. Buy them here now for your New Year’s fitness resolution we all start the year with!
This fast charger was a lifesaver on our honeymoon to Thailand earlier this year. In fact, it’s been handy everywhere I’ve visited, as I often carry both my phone and laptop wherever I go. It’s fast charging, handles multiple devices simultaneously, and is incredibly reliable. The only downside is that it’s quite heavy, but I’ll happily trade comfort for power and dependability.
Living on the Gold Coast, the heat has been brutal, especially when changing into my uniform for work in our sauna-of-a-change room. I’ve used this handheld mini fan while getting ready and even when applying my makeup. It’s rechargeable, lightweight, and surprisingly powerful for its size! A must-have for anyone dealing with heatwaves.
Our honeymoon destinations in Thailand were nothing short of magical. With its stunning beaches, blue waters, and vibrant nightlife (hello Banglor Road!), these provinces offered the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Whether we were lounging by the sea, eating all the Thai food, or exploring the markets for bargains, every minute felt like we were living in paradise.
Our new home sweet home! Living here has given me a newfound appreciation for the Gold Coast’s stunning beaches, lush hinterlands, and endless outdoor activities. From sunrise walks along Burleigh Heads to family picnics in the serene Tamborine Mountains, the Gold Coast is a treasure trove of natural beauty and endless summer.
I’m not big into car racing but the Grand Prix is not just nitially unbothered by car racing, but boy, was I wrong. A fantastic day out with everything for the kids to do, plus more. Just remember to pack earmuffs for your little ones. It was an adrenaline-packed experience that Bryce and I absolutely loved. The energy, the speed, and the stunning coastal views made this a highlight of the year.
A foodie’s paradise! This open-air dining precinct is packed with a variety of delicious eats and a lively atmosphere. Perfect for a casual night out or even better, date night.
A family-friendly spot that’s a favourite with my kids. With farm and quintessential Aussie animals, plenty of open spaces and tractor rides, it’s a fantastic day out for the whole family. I’ve even visited on my own, and with all the open spaces, benches, and tables, I’ve spent hours here among the animals, sipping coffee and writing my blog. If you visit more than once, I highly recommend the annual voucher if you visit often or live locally.
A picturesque winery boasting incredible food, wine, and views. The service was impeccable, making it an absolutely memorable stop during a quick Yarra Valley getaway. The menu felt a bit fancy for me at first glance, but every dish blew me away. Watch the video below for the full experience – did I mention how amazing the food was?
To close out the year where loss and change were a big part of my life, I want to thank you, my wonderful readers! I truly appreciate all your support, love, and clicks. Let’s raise a glass to 2025 and another year filled with discovering the little joys that bring so much happiness. Cheers to us!
